Thanks to a modern production chain, the fresh tomato is transformed undergoing only a few processes (the shiny red colour is evident) suitable for various types of uses.

Passata: puree without seeds and skin

Bruschetta: a fresh minced tomato put in a jar. Salt is not added

Fresca: The seeds are preserved that contain important nutritional properties.

Pelati: whole peeled tomatoes, conserved in their own juice.
