Orzotti and Farzotti
   

These are prepared with barley only or with barley and emmer, mixed with vegetables that are selected and desiccated in our workshop with the aid of an air dryer and a dehumidifier.

They are very simple to prepare: just open the sachet and add a litre of water and, if you wish, a glass of wine.
Then bring to the boil and in 35 minutes an excellent first course is prepared.
