Extra Virgin Olive Oil legumi pronti al naturale

The farm cultivates organic olive trees of different typical varieties of Tuscany: frantoio, leccino, moraiolo and pendolino. The harvest of olives is carried out manually and the olives are pressed within 24-36 hours of harvest.
From this mixture of variety, our oil is produced that is pressed with a method of extraction at low temperature, in order to keep the delicate nutrient properties and above all the vitamin - enriched aspect. Aromas of fresh grass, almond and artichoke can be perceived while there is a good balance of both spicy and bitter tastes.
