As for many other seeds, also for cereals we have chosen the cultivation and the recovery of ancient varieties: the Cappelli Wheat, the Pharaoh Wheat and the Emmer. We have been working with soft wheat for years in the selection and recovery of Tuscan varieties: the Sieve, the Gentil rosso, the Verna.

Our grains are very digestible and much welcomed by those who are gluten intolerant.
