With our emmer, we obtain an excellent beer (6.2% in strength) which is actually produced by a selected traditional brewery. It is golden, with hints of orange, slightly veiled; the foam is abundant and creamy.

Its fragrance is full, fruity and floral, with a light and pleasant peppery taste. In the mouth, the aeration is delicate, a light acidity with appropriate body. With mild hops, the result is a pleasant and fresh tasting beer. With good balance, very refreshing, excellent as an aperitif or combined with robiola (an Italian softly matured cheese of the stracchino family) or fish starters.
